In the new Personal forms on Sharepoint for the 2010-2021 school year there is a new box requesting your personal email. This is NEW. All certificated employees have been issued an LAUSD.NET email address which, according to district policy is the email on which you must conduct LAUSD business. We are not sure why this new information is being requested and do not know of any district policy bulletin or memo that requires it.
UTLA suggests that you rewrite your LAUSD email in this box, and if questioned by your Specialist, ask for the LAUSD bulletin that mandates the provision of this information.
